In order to provide you with the highest quality product, specific attention has been given to ensure that all proper procedures have been followed during assembly and that all specifications are those of the original manufacturer. Completion, installation, testing, and maintenance of this product are the responsibility of the purchaser and should be performed in strict accordance with the original manufacturer’s service publications.

Remanufactured Products Warranty
All remanufactured products are covered for a period of one year. This warranty covers repairs to correct any malfunctioning remanufactured product occurring during the warranty period resulting from defects in material or workmanship. To obtain warranty repairs, the defective or malfunctioning product must be delivered to DPP with a copy of the original invoice or repair order to validate the date of purchase. DPP may, at its discretion, replace rather than repair the remanufactured product. A reasonable time must be allowed for the performance of the warranty repair after returning the remanufactured product to DPP. The warranty period begins on the date of sale.
This warranty does not cover repairs due to accidents, misuse, storage damage, negligence, misapplication or modifications exceeding the manufacturer’s specifications. Labor costs for product removal and reinstallation are not covered by this warranty. This warranty does not cover any economic loss, including without limitation, communication expenses, meals, lodging, loss of use of the engine or equipment, loss of time, inconvenience, cargo damage, or any other costs or expenses resulting from a defect covered under this warranty.
This warranty is the only warranty applicable to Diesel Pro Power Remanufactured Products and is in lieu of any other warranties expressed or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The performance of repairs is the exclusive remedy under this warranty. DPP does not authorize any person to assume or create for it any other obligation or liability in connection with these remanufactured products. DPP shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from breach of this written warranty or any implied warranty
